Additionally, for those seeking a controlled lighting environment, we offer a private office space with no windows, which can be made available upon request. This flexibility ensures that our studio space can cater to a wide range of creative needs, allowing you to realize your vision exactly as you imagine it.

Our industrial loft studio, with its tall ceilings, offers a unique acoustic environment that can introduce a slight echo during audio recording. However, with the use of appropriate audio microphones, it's possible to capture exceptional sound quality in select areas of the space. Overall, the studio maintains a tranquil ambiance with minimal external noise disturbances. You'll find that the sounds of the street below are virtually absent, and any potential interruptions from the hallway are exceedingly rare. We've taken measures to ensure that your audio recording experience is as quiet and conducive to creativity as possible.

For your convenience, we offer a special loading zone with access to a freight elevator upon request. This loading zone allows for efficient unloading of equipment and materials. However, after completing your loading, we kindly request that any vehicles be relocated to street-metered parking to ensure the smooth flow of traffic. Our studio's main entrance is easily accessible through a single door with ramp access, ensuring a hassle-free entry for all our guests.

Within our studio space, there is a private office area where a dedicated member of our team will be available to assist you during your scheduled session. This space serves as a resource for any assistance or support you may require during your time in our studio. However, please note that access to this office area is by request only, primarily intended for those seeking a controlled studio environment without natural light. Otherwise, it remains a private office space, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed work environment for both our team and your creative endeavors.

Our studio space is well-equipped to meet your electrical needs. Numerous outlets are strategically placed along the walls and support beams, ensuring easy access for your equipment and devices. For added convenience, we have extension cords available should you require them to reach specific areas. In the event of any electrical issues, there is a circuit breaker on the main floor, although it should be noted that power cords are needed to access it from the studio space. Typically, this door is locked by the building's maintenance team, but with adequate advance notice, access can be arranged to address any electrical concerns promptly and efficiently.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to our studio space house rules. For security purposes, a staff member will meet you in the lobby to assist you with the elevator access to our unit. If you're planning an event and require elevator access for your attendees, please notify us at least two weeks in advance, and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.

We welcome outside catering for your convenience but ask that you provide any necessary insurance and permits as required. Please note that our space does not include kitchen facilities or water access. However, public restrooms and a drinking fountain are conveniently located on the same floor for your comfort.

In consideration of all our guests, we kindly request that there be no smoking or pets within the studio space. To further enhance the comfort and cleanliness of our studio space, we kindly request that guests refrain from eating or drinking on fabric furniture or rugs. This additional measure helps us preserve the pristine condition of our furnishings and ensures a pleasant environment for all who use our space. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic atmosphere for everyone's enjoyment. Our studio offers a versatile selection of furniture, props, and backdrops for your use during your stay. Feel free to rearrange these items to suit your creative vision and needs. However, we kindly request that all furniture and props remain within the studio space, and we appreciate your cooperation in not eating or drinking on fabric furniture to maintain their pristine condition. Should you choose to move any pieces during your session, we kindly ask that you return them to their original positions before departing, ensuring that the studio remains organized and ready for the next creative endeavor.
